SGS TECNOS S.A.
Following thorough testing, Bureau Veritas concluded that after two repair procedures, no material fatigue was detected. Their assessment, based on the EN 15635 European standard, confirms that our repair method is safe and effective when nan two repairs are conducted within a 50 cm section of the upright.

SGS TECNOS S.A.
Independent testing confirmed that rack uprights repaired using the ROS method retain their original load capacity and vertical alignment. Metallography showed no material weakening post-repair, aside from minor displacement in one sample. Repairs meet European standards (UNE 15512:2010 & 15635:2010) and are valid in temperatures from -25 °C to 80 °C, provided the material isn’t already compromised.
BAYER GROUP
Bayer Technology Services tested ROS repairs and confirmed that uprights were as strong as before – sometimes even stronger. They found no signs of material fatigue when repairs were limited to three per upright, proving the ROS method’s structural integrity.
DEKRA
DEKRA, Europe’s largest product testing body, certified the ROS repair process to EN 15635 – the European standard for safe racking maintenance. This certification solidified ROS as a trusted leader across Europe, ensuring racking systems meet rigorous safety and inspection standards.
PACKER ENGINEERING
U.S.-based Solution Engineering ( Formerly known as Packer
Engineering) validated ROS repairs as fully compliant with industry specs. Their findings even noted increased load capacity in some repaired uprights, reinforcing ROS as a reliable and high-performing solution in racking repair.
THE DR MOLL INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING
As Europe’s authority on racking structural testing, the Dr Möll Institute verified the ROS repair method. After extensive testing, they found no loss in load-bearing capacity in repaired uprights – a strong endorsement from the industry’s top experts.
BBBEE LEVEL 2
The company underwent a BBBEE transformation process early in 2019, which culminated in the company now boasting a 51% Black Female ownership and an effective Level 2 BBBEE Status
